Refund Policy - the basics
All sales are final at Habanero Cowgirl Co. We do not offer refunds. Eligible items may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of delivery or purchase if returned unused, unworn, in original condition, and with all original tags attached. Sale items, custom items, candles, accessories, and seasonal products are final sale and are not eligible for exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Habanero Cowgirl Co. reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these requirements.
